Welcome to Mariposa Flowers. By placing an order with us, browsing our website, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Mariposa Flowers creates bespoke floral arrangements and bouquets designed with care, creativity, and seasonal inspiration. Each design is unique and made to order.
2. Orders & Custom Designs
All arrangements are handcrafted and may vary slightly from images shown due to seasonal availability and the natural beauty of flowers.
Where a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar bloom of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and colour palette.
Custom orders are created based on the preferences discussed at the time of ordering.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in [EUR / GBP – adjust as required] and include standard design costs.
Payment must be made in full before orders are confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery times are agreed at the time of ordering and are subject to availability.
While we do our best to meet requested time slots, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Mariposa Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Once delivered or collected, responsibility for the flowers passes to the customer.
5. Care of Flowers
Flowers are a natural, perishable product and their lifespan depends on care and environmental conditions.
We are not responsible for deterioration once flowers have been delivered or collected.
Care instructions provided should be followed to maximise longevity.
6. Cancellations & Amendments
Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time.
Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund due to flowers already being sourced or prepared.

7. Refunds & Issues
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue.
We will always aim to resolve concerns fairly and with care.
Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion in line with our Refund Policy.
8. Events & Large Orders
Event bookings (including weddings and corporate events) may require a non-refundable deposit.
Final balances must be paid by the agreed date.
Event-specific terms may be provided separately and will form part of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, text, and branding on this website belong to Mariposa Flowers.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Liability
Mariposa Flowers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for order processing and customer communication.
12. Governing Law
