At Mariposa Flowers, every bouquet is handcrafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because our flowers are perishable and many of our designs are made to order, we have a specific refund policy outlined below.

🌼 Fresh Flower Orders

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your order due to a quality or freshness issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the arrangement.

If a genuine issue is identified, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement arrangement

A partial or full refund

A store credit for future use

🌷 Custom & Bespoke Arrangements

All custom or bespoke floral designs are created specifically for you.

Once confirmed, these orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Design preferences, colour palettes, and flower availability are agreed in advance to ensure clarity.

🚚 Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by:

Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, traffic, third-party couriers)

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided flower preparation has not yet begun.

Once flowers have been sourced or arranged, cancellations are not possible.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
